ABX EcoFirst™ Compression Bags

ABX EcoFirst compression bags are a sustainable alternative for baby diaper, adult incontinence, and feminine care products. Utilizing all-PE based films, they are suitable for recycling through front-of-store drop-off.

Available in various levels of bio-based resins and PCR content to support your sustainability goals, ABX EcoFirst compression bags can be printed or unprinted; come in white, clear, gloss or soft-touch finish; and are offered in film thicknesses ranging from 1.5 to 4.75 mils.

ABX EcoFirst™ Wipes

ABX EcoFirst’s flow wrap structures are perfect for wipes packaging and are available in two configurations based on end-use needs:

All-PE Reverse Printed Lamination

Exhibits excellent machinability characteristics and is suitable for recycling through front-of-store drop-off.
PET/PE Reverse Printed Lamination

Utilizes 33% PCR and provides the look, feel, and machinability of typical wipes packages.

ABX EcoFirst™ Closures

ABX EcoFirst offers innovative, high-performing mono-material sustainable closures.

RL II

ABX’s patented semi-rigid closure for improved shelf life, appearance, and user-friendliness. Designed as an alternative to rigid closures for wipes packaging, RL II is now available in an all-PE structure suitable for recycling through front-of-store drop-off.
Peel and Reseal

ABX's standard pressure sensitive label is also available in an all-PE blend suitable for recycling. Options include clear or white, with a gloss or matte finish.

ABX EcoFirst™ Bakery

Perfect for bread, buns, tortillas and other bakery products, our cast and blown coextruded bakery films are all-PE blends that can be constructed with either PIR, PCR, or bio-based resins.

BioVantage

Blown film with bio-sourced PE, currently offered at 1.5 mils.
Bakery Clear

Clear, cast LDPE offered in thicknesses ranging from 0.9 to 3.5 mils.
CLD70

Clear, blown LDPE offered in thicknesses ranging from 1.0 to 3.5 mils.

ABX EcoFirst™ Healthcare

ABX EcoFirst forming and top web films are built for medical devices and surgical suite products. These cast, coextruded films are all-PE blends designed to replace traditional nylon/PE structures – making these high-performing films both cost-effective and Recycle Ready.

Film-to-Film Configurations

Suitable for both gamma and e-beam sterilization, making these films an ideal replacement to Tyvek® or paper, and the EO sterilization process.
Forming Films

Available with a low seal or peel seal that matches up with our low seal forming film, ranging in thicknesses from 2.5 to 12 mils.

ABX EcoFirst™ Meat, Cheese & Dairy

Forming film and top web films are perfect for horizontal form-fill-seal applications used in meat, cheese, dairy and other food packaging. These cast food films with all-PE blends are designed to replace traditional nylon/PE structures and are available in standard and high barrier, low seal or peel seal, in thicknesses ranging from 2.5 to 13 mils.

ABX EcoFirst™ Pouches

ABX EcoFirst Stand Up Pouches are a convenient, eye-catching and resealable packaging solution for dry foods, snacks, nuts, and candy – and they are sustainable, too. Designed to replace traditional PP and PET laminations, these all-PE structures are Recycle Ready and are available in both standard and high barrier configurations.
